Dallas has been home to Kathy and her family for the past 34 years. She came from Rochester, New York, but says the winter weather and Tex-Mex is infinitely better. She has lived all over the Metroplex, most recently raising her family in Plano. When Kathy decided to focus on her dream of working in real estate, she became focused and very excited about the East Dallas/Lakewood area because of its overwhelming natural beauty and neighborhoods that radiate a sense of community.
Kathy decided to do what she loves and started selling real estate when she could prioritize her career again. She had success working for two nationally known home builders and wanted to parley that experience to a more unlimited audience. She enjoys every part of the job, from helping people find their perfect home to the heat of negotiating – handling every detail up to the closing. She has been told that her ability to really connect with people, as well as her finesse and creativity, has helped her successfully close a number of sales.
Kathy graduated from Colby Sawyer College in New London, New Hampshire, where she earned her degree in medical assisting. Upon moving to Dallas, she worked at Presbyterian Hospital until she followed her heart and began assisting first-time buyers and launching her career as a Realtor. When she is not working or volunteering, Kathy enjoys traveling and interior design.
Kathy’s love for the market allows her business to thrive. She’s dedicated to helping, assisting and coordinating transactions for every client from beginning to end, and she looks forward to many years of success with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. With Kathy, you will be assured outstanding personal service with a high level of interest and integrity.
