We began as Whiteside Associates, Inc. in 1983 that grew to be the dominant Real Estate Firm in its market area. In 1996 Whiteside Associates was sold to Coldwell Banker/ Paula Stringer which was later sold to NRT the largest professional Real Estate operations firm in the country. John Whiteside, the founder was active in the corporate management division until 2001. Kevin Sayre and John Whiteside then decided to create a Team Whiteside inside the Coldwell Banker NRT Company.
